“Do one thing”. That is my mantra, the rule I fall back on when I find myself in need of a plan. I am a dancer, choreographer, a teacher and yogi. Each one of these things holds a strong piece of who I am. This site is a little taste of what I do. It is growing all the time.
About my yoga…
I believe that practicing yoga with a mindfulness of the breath helps to create freedom and flexibility in the body. I am passionate about teaching with clarity and compassion and believe that yoga is accessible to everyone. Always inspired by movement, my yoga classes aim to encourage serenity, space and stability in the body and mind.
I am an E-RYT200 certified yoga teacher, IYN500 certified and qualified pregnancy yoga teacher. I've been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching full-time for six years. I love to teach vinyasa flow, yin yoga, yoga for pregnancy, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and yoga for teens. I also teach private yoga classes for those who prefer a more detailed one-to-one approach.
About my dance…
It is my passion. I love to watch, learn, teach, make and do. My early dance training was in jazz ballet, encouraging a sense of humour and rhythm and my first introduction into musical theatre. I have trained in Dublin, London, Sydney and New York studying across a range of disciplines including ballet, contemporary, street dance, hip-hop, jazz, skinner release and klein technique. I continued my contemporary training in Limerick under Mary Nunan.
