Slow Reformer Pilates for Over 65

Time: 10:30am - 11:15pm Location: Pilates Dublin Studio (Hot Yoga Dublin Studios Northern Cross) Cost: 4 weeks €95 This 4-week course with Lisa is designed to increase mobility and strength in older participants. The course will focus on enhancing core strength, improving mobility in joints and increasing overall body strength. The benefits of this course to participants will include: Increased strength and flexibility Improved posture and balance Enhanced core strength Reduced risk of falls and injuries Improved overall health and well-being What should I wear/bring? Comfortable clothing Pilates machine compatible footwear Water bottle This Reformer Pilates course is ideal for older participants who are looking for a safe and effective way to increase mobility and strength in their body. Through proper guidance and use of Reformer Pilates machines, participants will be able to feel more confident and mobile in their daily routines.
