Embrace mindfulness at this must do workshop with Lisa & Tom. You will be guided through yin yoga and be taken along a vibrational sound healing meditation to create inner peace.
This workshop is designed for everyone, as you will experience deep relaxation to create peace, connectivity and awareness through the use of mystical energies, movement, sound and meditation. It’s the perfect way to inject stillness, focus, creativity and mindfulness into your life.
The workshop will begin with a restorative yoga practice, yin yoga, where you will rest deeply in supported restorative poses. You will then be taken through a guided vibrational sound healing meditation.

One hour class with a long deep relaxation to finish each class. Learn techniques, poses & breathing exercises that can also be practised at home even if it's just a few minutes.
Who is this for? This course is an opportunity for all women who have been pregnant, birthed a baby and not even necessarily new mothers! everyone is welcome. Find tools and resources for healing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Women can participate from 6 weeks postpartum onwards, no matter what age your child is - even if they're an adult!
We will cover Breathwork Diastasis recti - how to get a diagnosis appropriate exercises to improve DR Pelvic Floor - breathing and exercises whether in recovery or not, maintenance and connection, anyone with prolapse welcome too. Shoulders, spine and hip mobility (gentle movement and stretches) Build physical strength throughout the body with focus on glutes, abdomen, pelvic floor integration (gradually, with use of resistance bands etc) Use of bands, blocks, spikey balls, resistance bands, yoga belts, weights and comfort props too. Deep relaxation with restorative yoga to soothe the nervous system, de-stress & have some much needed special quite time for yourself so that you can nurture others off the mat. This will also encourage a better nights sleep.
